Cooperative Education Hold

A cooperative education hold is a registration hold placed by Steinbright on a student's account that prevents a student from registering for courses and accessing University services, including SCDCOnline. Reasons for the placement of a cooperative education hold may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Failure to meet co-op eligibility requirements for two or more years
  • Failure to satisfactorily complete the Employment Summary and Planner
  • No registration for multiple terms prior to co-op
  • Multiple co-op failures

Questions regarding cooperative education holds should be directed to the student's assigned co-op advisor.
