Trollhättan

Trollhättan is a city of approximately 47,000 inhabitants north of Sweden’s second largest city, Gothenburg. Trollhättan is known for its beautiful waterfalls and locks which tame the Göta River. Taming this river brought hydropower to industry, and many regard Trollhättan as the birthplace of modern Swedish industry. The landscape surrounding Trollhättan is ideal for biking, walks and hikes.

University West - Exchange

The Production Technology West group (PTW) consists of around 50 researchers, and is the largest research group at University West, Sweden. The research group at PTW works on the development of production processes in the manufacturing industry.
