    An essential part of your job search preparation is a well-developed 30-Second Commercial, also known as your “elevator speech”.  Your 30-Second Commercial is the answer to “Tell me about yourself” and is your first opportunity to gain a potential employer’s interest.  You will use your 30-Second Commercial for job interviews as well as career fairs, and employer meet-and-greets.  
    In a 30 minute session, the basics of a good commercial and assistance getting started on your speech will be provided.
