Federal Resources for Industry Collaboration
The Small Business Innovation Research program encourages domestic small businesses to engage in Federal Research/Research and Development (R/R&D) that has the potential for commercialization. Similarly, the Small Business Technology Transfer program includes joint venture opportunities for small businesses and nonprofit research institutions to formally collaborate in Phase I and Phase II.
