Learn how to prepare electronic proposal transmittals, create a research budget and convert it to an NIH modular budget, upload research proposal documents and route for electronic signatures. Use our sample proposal or bring your own. Coeus has replaced the paper Proposal Transmittal Form Set and the entire Drexel community is required to submit their proposals though this dynamic, online system.
