Massage is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy. It is a system of stoking, pressing, and kneading different areas to relieve pain and to relax, stimulate, and tone the body.

Swedish Massage
A flowing, full body treatment using broad strokes to improve circulation, lymphatic drainage, and relieve muscular tension. Good for common aches/pains and for those who have not yet received bodywork in a while.
Deep Tissue
A treatment that utilizes firm long and short strokes to release chronic muscle tension. Good for releasing holding patterns and for those with chronic conditions.
Combination Massage
A combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue massages, with acupressure, reflexology, and/or passive stretching and range of motion. Customized to the needs of the client based on a brief consultation with their therapist.
Sports Massage
A combination of deep tissue, passive stretching and range of motion, acupressure, and myofascial release techniques are used to release muscles from overuse and repetitive strain. Helps keep the muscle tissue healthy, making it less prone to fatigue and injury.
