Crime Prevention and Awareness

The Drexel University Department of Public Safety has developed a series of crime prevention and awareness programs designed to educate the Drexel community in various aspects of public safety. The programs offer students, faculty and professional staff the opportunity to meet representatives of the Department and outside agencies and to increase awareness of their surroundings in regards to personal safety.

The Department of Public Safety views these awareness programs as an integral part of the development and implementation of the University's public safety program. To achieve its goal of creating a safe and productive environment where the Drexel community can excel, the Department of Public Safety must continue to educate students, faculty and professional staff.

By taking part and promoting the various programs of the Department of Public Safety, you will play a critical role in preserving and enhancing the safety and well-being of our University community. Remember, safety is everyone's concern.
