David Hollinger

David Hollinger has over 34 years of professional experience in fire and emergency services. He comes to Drexel with several credentials along with degrees in Fire Administration (BSc) and Public Administration (MPA) from the University of the District of Columbia in Washington DC.

Designated as an Executive Fire Officer by the United States Fire Administration in 2011, he is nationally certified in fire protection, emergency management, fire prevention and fuel tank inspections, instructional techniques, public management, and as an emergency medical technician for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

He previously served as a firefighter with the Alexandria Virginia Fire Department, lieutenant in operations and program manager for fire prevention with the District of Columbia Fire Department, fire safety technician for Dover Motorsports, and as fire chief for the Department of Fire and Rescue Services in Reading Pennsylvania.
