Will ChatGPT Change How Professors Assess Learning?

Adam Fontecchio, PhD, inaugural director of the Center for the Advancement of STEM Teaching and Learning Excellence and a professor of electrical and computer engineering, and Johanna Inman, EdD, MFA, inaugural director of the Teaching and Learning Center, were quoted in a April 5 story in The Chronicle of Higher Education about ChatGPT's influence on assessment in higher education. Steven Weber, PhD, vice provost for undergraduate curriculum and education and chair of Drexel's AI/ML Working Group, and Aroutis Foster, PhD, associate dean of academic affairs and graduate studies in the School of Education, were also interviewed for the story.
