Faculty and staff gathered for a meal, dessert, games and even the return of the pie-eating contest in sunny Drexel Park at last week’s annual celebration of Drexel’s employees.
Faculty and professional staff from across the University turned out, including President John A. Fry and new provost M. Brian Blake, PhD.
Blake told those gathered before a raffle drawing that Wednesday was just his 13th day on the job and he already got the sense of a family atmosphere from the University’s employees.
