From an employer tuition reimbursement plan to making a request for a late fee waiver, these are a few of the core services provided by the bursar.

eBill

The "Review eBill" feature links students directly to the electronic billing system. This billing system provides a detailed summary of University charges, payments and financial aid. It also includes the option to pay online by credit card (MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). An email is sent to the student's Drexel email account when new statements are available.

Providing eBill Access to a Parent/Guardian

Students may identify "Authorized Users" (e.g. - parent/guardian) to review and pay eBills on their behalf. An email will be sent to registered authorized users when a new statement is available. To use this feature, click on the "Authorized Users" link at the top of the eBill site and follow the instructions.

eRefunds

Students have the option of enrolling in the eRefund system, which enables the University to deposit account refunds into a personal bank account. To enroll in eRefund, click on the "My Profiles" link at the top of the eBill main screen and follow the instructions.
