Drexel Smart Source
Procurement Services is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of Drexel Smart Source, an eProcurement application designed to make the purchase of goods and services easier for faculty and staff by automating the procure-to-pay process.
Launching Monday, September 29, 2014, Smart Source, accessible from the Employee Tab in DrexelOne, will be the primary method to purchase goods and services at Drexel University and The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. The marketplace allows faculty and staff to browse catalogs (e.g., Telrose, Fisher Scientific, Dell, Grainger, Graybar, Perkin Elmer, etc.), add items to a cart, submit the RTP electronically and route RTPs to the appropriate approver. Complex purchases, such as capital equipment and professional services, will also be processed in the marketplace.
To learn more about it, please review the SmartSource FAQs.
Please check with your immediate supervisor to determine the role you have been assigned in Smart Source. Training is required before logging into Smart Source; you can register here: Smart Source Training Registration. To register, please use your Drexel Domain User ID (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org) and password. (Problems logging into the registration site? please contact email@example.com.)
