STAR Review Timeline: Phase I

The Huron Team began in December 2012 to collect data through their confidential online survey and conduct on-campus interviews about Drexel’s organizational structure, policies, procedures, and budgeting and staffing. Phase 1 will extended over 17 weeks, resulting in a series of recommendations for operational effectiveness and an implementation plan to be carried out in Phase 2.
