Diversity Achievement Plan

Drexel University’s Diversity Achievement Plan is a management tool designed to ensure that all qualified persons have equal access to employment opportunities, professional development, and advancement. This Plan includes a number of quantitative analyses designed to evaluate the demographic composition of the University’s employee workforce and compare it to the composition of relevant labor pools. This Plan is adopted and implemented in good faith, in conformity with, and in reliance upon, the language of the Equal Opportunity Commission’s Affirmative Action Guideline (29 CFR 1608.5).
