The “Green Book” refers the policies and procedures established by the National Panhellenic Conference.  The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) is an organization composed of women’s Greek-letter fraternities. The NPC Green Book outlines policies of mutual concern for all NPC member organizations.  These policies typically serve to create equity among the member organizations as well as further the mission of sororities by promoting values, education, leadership, friendships, cooperation and leadership.

From Day One, some coworkers (including us) get pegged with a label: Lazy, hardworking, unqualified, filling a quota.  Those ideas are often inaccurate and based on nothing more than a person’s skin color, disability, or age.  This workshop will explore where those stereotypes come from and how they affect our interactions with others, both here at Drexel and in the working world.  How stereotypes are formed and how do we un-learn them? And what affect do these inaccurate labels, beliefs, and clichés have on sustaining prejudices in the society at large and in the workplace?
