C. & J. Nyheim Plasma Institute focuses on stimulating and coordinating research projects related to plasma and other modern high energy engineering techniques. As a result of such activities, a variety of publications are generated each year including journal articles, books, book chapters, and more.

Researchers here at NPI combine to publish at least fifteen, scientific peer-reviewed manuscripts in international journals each year. These journals include but are not limited to the following:

  • IEEE Plasma Sources Science and Technology
  • IEEE Transactions on Plasma Sciences
  • Journal of Applied Physics
  • Applied Physics: D, Plasma Processing and Polymers
  • Plasma Chemistry and Plasma Processing
  • Plasma Medicine

Professors at NPI, have authored multiple books and book chapters. Some of the books include:

  • Plasma Medicine. Alexander Fridman and Gary Friedman
  • Plasma Discharge in Liquid. Yong Yang, Young I. Cho, and Alexander Fridman
  • Plasma Chemistry. Alexander Fridman
  • Plasma Physics and Engineering. Alexander Fridman and Lawrence A. Kennedy
