You can learn more about the project, which is formally known as the Chestnut Street Bridge Rehabilitation Project, when the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) holds an open house public meeting Sept. 20.

The event, which will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Greenfield Elementary School at 2200 Chestnut St., will review construction and sequencing plans related to this construction on the transportation facilities on the Chestnut Street corridor between 34th Street and 22nd Street.
