Aramark to Provide University Dining Services
Drexel President John A. Fry announced on Oct. 28 that dining services at the University will undergo a transformation that will benefit the thousands of students, faculty, professional staff and visitors who sit down to a healthy and satisfying meal each day on campus.
After careful consideration, the University selected Aramark as its food-service partner effective Dec. 11. The decision was driven by Drexel's commitment to continually enhance our students' experience, President Fry said in an email to the University community.
Drexel has a dynamic new partner in Aramark, a Fortune 200 firm headquartered in Philadelphia, Fry said. Already the respected professional services partner on hundreds of campuses across North America, Aramark also serves health-care settings, school districts, sports venues and businesses internationally.
Aramark leaders said they strive to provide their customers with the best possible quality and service.
"Please join me in welcoming the Aramark team members as they begin this transition to revitalize the way dining services support Drexel's mission," Fry wrote. "Our commitment is to make the change as seamless as possible, providing you with updates on a regular basis. Thank you for your patience as we move forward."
