2018 Wellness Incentive Program
2018 is the second year of Human Resources’ three-year wellness strategy for faculty and professional staff. With our Wellness Incentive Program, you can improve your health while also earning money back towards the cost of your health insurance plan.
Year two builds upon year one by offering a more personalized approach. Individuals who participated in last year’s program can compare their 2018 results to their 2017 data, and can select activities that meet their individual health and wellness goals.
The Wellness Incentive Program is available to all full-time and part-time benefit eligible faculty and professional staff. Along with having access to this program, employees enrolled in a Drexel medical plan, or full-time employees who participate in the opt-out waiver, will be eligible to earn up to 400 points (a $400 premium credit) by completing wellness activities between Jan. 1 and Nov. 30, 2018.
