Student Liberty Front to Host Mid-Atlantic Conference

The Student Liberty Front will host the Students for Liberty mid-Atlantic regional conference on Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in the Main Building Auditorium (32nd and Chestnut Streets). Celebrate liberty with the most dedicated students, activists and scholars in the city where the ideals of the American Revolution were born.

The conference will include speeches by the top scholars and activists in the liberty movement, discussion sessions and panels on academic issues and student leadership.  Participants will immerse themselves in the philosophy of freedom, meet like-minded students, network with the leaders in the liberty movement, gain new ideas and become the next generation of leaders who will preserve essential academic, social and economic liberties. Students will receive information regarding student organizing, academic support and networks for internships and jobs.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided. Participants can also attend the freedom lovers’ social after the event.
