I am excited that both teams will have the opportunity to play on in the National Invitation Tournament. I know that the strong support they receive from the University community will be on display this week, and I thank all fans of Drexel basketball.
Congratulations to all our players, to coaches Bruiser Flint and Denise Dillon and their staffs and to Eric Zillmer and Drexel Athletics. Our teams’ success helps create momentum for all the outstanding initiatives the University has undertaken, and I salute their efforts.
