DUCOM Physicians to “Man the Phones” at NBC 10
February 20, 2007
If you turn on the news this Thursday, February 22, you may see some familiar faces. That’s because physicians from Drexel University College of Medicine will be part of NBC 10’s “Heart Health Phone Bank."
A combination of 20 Department of Medicine faculty members and cardiology fellows will be answering viewer phone calls and helping to educate people about heart disease. The phone bank will begin during NBC 10’s 4 p.m. news and will continue until 6:30 p.m. This is a great way to educate the community about heart disease, while also promoting the outstanding care here at DUCOM. Thanks to all the participating physicians!
