Mary Anne Delaney, MD, is professor and former chair of the Department of Psychiatry, and associate dean for faculty affairs at Drexel University College of Medicine. She is responsible for oversight of the tenure process, the faculty appointments and promotions process, and will lead faculty search committees, as well as supporting the standing committees of the faculty. She also works with Human Resources to develop policies related to faculty issues. Dr. Delaney also serves as associate director of the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine program.
