Vision 2020's Toast to Tenacity™

Thursday, August 23, 2018

12:00 PM-1:00 PM

This event is sold out. If you would like to join the wait list, email vision2020@drexel.edu

The 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution became law in August 1920, granting American women the right to vote. Ninety-eight years later, Vision 2020's Toast to Tenacity honors the suffragists who fought for this right, and urges women to shape the future by exercising their right to vote.

On August 23, join Vision 2020 and Drexel's Institute for Women's Health and Leadership in raising a glass of grape juice, just as suffragist Alice Paul did 98 years ago, to celebrate the anniversary of women's right to vote.

Thanks to the generous support of event sponsor Fox Rothschild LLP, the Toast to Tenacity is free and open to the public. Lunch will be provided.
