Tasting Italy's Culinary History

Join the Office of International Programs and the Center for Food and Hospitality Management as we celebrate Italian Cuisine Week! Culinary Arts professor and Italian cuisine expert Mike Traud will host a discussion of the role regionality and history has played on classic Italian dishes. The discussion will be followed by a tasting, with food prepared by Drexel's culinary arts students. This event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP here.
