Helen I. Moorehead-Laurencin, MD, Sex and Gender Research Forum

The Center for Women's Health Research is hosting the Helen I. Moorehead-Laurencin, MD, Sex and Gender Research Forum on Thursday, October 27.

The forum's topic is Sex and Gender Differences in Cognition and Neurobiology and it will run from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Four internationally renowned experts will be presenting on the topic and there will be a poster session on the research being done at Drexel University and Drexel University College of Medicine.

The presentations for the day will be as follows:

  • Sylvie Goldman, PhD
    Albert Einstein College of Medicine
    "Gender and Autism"

    The Rockefeller University
    "The Impact of Hormones on Brain and Behavior"
