Kathleen Ryan, MD, is a professor of medicine in the Division of Internal Medicine, as well as associate dean for medical education – simulation at Drexel University College of Medicine. Prior to her appointment as associate dean, she had served as director for the Independence Blue Cross Simulation Center since 2008. She has been responsible for all aspects of developing this important educational resource for students, residents and the community.
