Realign, Refocus, Re-energize
Presenter: Michele Kutzler, PhD, Associate Dean for Faculty
Join Michele Kutzler, PhD, to realign, refocus, and re-energize! The mid to late career stage for faculty can be a stressful time of transition--from the increased expectation for clinical productivity, teaching hours, administrative and service burden, to maintaining research funds supporting salaries of staff and students. However, this transition can also be a chance to reflect, re-energize, and reimagine work and life. This COMmon Grounds presentation will guide participants through a high-level roadmap and practical first steps to move towards higher levels of intentionality and fulfillment in the mid to late stages of faculty careers.
