What Attendees Had to Say: 2016 Alumni Weekend

"Bravo, I wish we have an excuse for another one. It is wonderful to see how well Drexel is growing. I wonder, would yearly reunions be too frequent. At our age, we should plan for all the fun and friendship we can!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. I felt honored and welcomed by all."

"Very well run. Made alumni feel special. A lot of time to meet with former classmates."

"All events were well organized, allowing time to meet old friends and meet and make new ones."

Alumni toasting at Alumni Weekend Classes of 1966 alumni at Commencement

"As a 50-year graduate, this type of occasion is truly memorable, time with classmates with whom wonderful and life-changing experiences were shared. These are the things that make up the lives that we shared more than fifty years ago, and all of us have contributed to positively helping to change the lives of others."

"Every Drexel representative seemed genuinely interested in making the reunion a memorable time, and it was so appreciated."

"Drexel was extremely well organized, spaced the events well, and each served a different and appropriate function and incorporated past differences and problems with and between schools in a very sensitive manner."

"It was well planned and the University was kind and gracious to all members of the Grand Reunion Classes who attended the Friday luncheon at the Hyatt. Our classmates who made the trip felt it was well worth their own personal efforts to get there. THANK YOU, DREXEL."

"Drexel really cares about us and did a great job in making our reunion a success. Drexel shows respect for our history at Hahnemann and makes us feel at home once again."

"Better than expected. I never trusted that the legacy of women in medicine would be preserved in this current configuration of Hahnemann, Woman's and Drexel. Seeing it up close convinced me that the legacy is safe."

"Great to see classmates and catch up. Lots of fond memories shared and plenty of laughter."

"Great to see classmates and others. Commencement was very special as was the tour of the archives. Beautifully organized. The Dean is terrific. Alumni staff are all excellent starting with Cory Miller."

"It was very enjoyable to meet the members of the Class of 1966 from long before and to see how different medical school was from back then."
