Dr. Michel BarsoumA. W. Grosvenor Professor Michel Barsoum has been appointed co-editor of the new journal, Materials Research Letters, scheduled to launch in 2013.
The journal, which will be published by Taylor & Francis, is targeted to be a high impact-factor publication for the materials research community. The publication aims to feature a broad range of research topic areas including structural materials, energy materials, functional materials, and low dimensional materials.
Materials Research Letters will be an open access journal. As co-editor, Barsoum is expected to contribute at least two papers to the publication per year.
