Ph.D. student Gregory Vetterick (advisor: Mitra Taheri) has been selected to serve as one of three Student Board Members of ASM International's Board for a one-year term effective June 2012.  Gregory is the first Drexel student to be selected to serve on the Board.

ASM International Student Board Members provide a voice for students on the board.  They participate in web conference calls, in-person board meetings, and the annual strategic planning meeting for the organization. The objective of the student members is to ensure that student interests are being represented and that ASM International is effective at recruiting and maintaining student membership.
