Faculty Colloquia Series: Tristin Green

Tristin Green will present her new book manuscript, “Discrimination Laundering: The Rise of Organizational Innocence and The Crisis of Equal Opportunity Law.” Green is a Professor of Law and Dean’s Circle Scholar at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Prior to joining the faculty in 2010, she was a visiting professor at UC Berkeley School of Law (from which she graduated in 1998) and a Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law. She teaches in the areas of civil procedure, disability law, and employment discrimination law. Her scholarship, which focuses on issues of employment discrimination, is highly interdisciplinary and draws from a wide body of social science research to address matters of racial and gender inequality in the workplace.
