Beyond Reproach: Becoming an Expert on Expert Witnesses

Friday, October 10, 2014

8:00 AM-4:15 PM

The role of the expert witness in the courtroom is as complex, controversial and ever-changing as the rules of evidence. Advances in scientific knowledge and emerging codes of ethics for diverse professionals dramatically affect legal strategy and alter relationships between attorneys and witnesses.
Pre-eminent legal professionals, evidence scholars and jurists will offer divergent perspectives at this symposium, organized by the Drexel Law Review.

7 CLE credits will be available, including 2 ethics credits, for practicing attorneys.
