Students Dine with Phildelphia's District Attorney and Chief Public Defender

September 27, 2012

3Ls Matt Solin and John Corcoran as well as 2L Erica Briant dined with Philadelphia District Attorney R. Seth Williams and Chief Public Defender Ellen Greenlee at the law school on Sept. 27.

The dinner was the product of this year's Public Interest Auction which raised funds for students taking unpaid public interest and non-profit legal summer internships.

Solin, Corcoran and Briant had the opportunity to speak with Greenlee and Williams about Philaldephia's criminal justice system as well as topics outside of the law.

Briant commented that "the dinner was a great opportunity to get to know leaders in the field and learn from their experience."
