Professor Barry Furrow presented “The Emerging Nuts and Bolts of the Affordable Care Act” at the meeting of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Healthcare Alliance on Nov. 29.

The alliance is a regional health care industry partnership providers, including acute and long-term care providers, operators of assisted living and rehabilitation facilities, and nursing homes and home-health providers.

Furrow, the lead author of “Health Law — Cases, Materials and Problems,” now in its 6th edition, is one of the nation’s best known experts in the field.
