On Nov. 2, the law school hosts a discussion on law and politics in Philadelphia by former Governor Ed Rendell.

Rendell currently is a partner at Ballard Spahr, LLP, where he devotes his practice to public/private partnerships, energy, environmental, economic development, health care, and higher education. He also is an operating partner of the investment firm Element Partners.

The event, sponsored by the American Constitution Society, takes place at 4:30 p.m. in Room 140 with a reception to follow.
