Professor Donald Tibbs will be a panelist for "Danger Notes: Hip Hop, Anti-Blackness, and Criminalization in the Popular Cultural Imaginary" on March 25, 2011 at the Annual Meeting of the Cultural Studies Association held at Columbia College in Chicago.

Professor Tibbs’ scholarship focuses on the overlapping issues of race, law, civil rights and criminal procedure.
