Professor Karl Okamoto Discusses Teaching Transactional Law at Northwestern University

Founder of the Earle Mack School of Law Transactional Lawyering Meet, Professor Karl Okamoto discussed the use of simulations in teaching law during the 10th Annual Transactional Clinicians Conference at the Northwestern University School of Law on April 15-16, 2011 in Chicago. 

Professor Okamoto also visited the Western New England College Law and Business Center to present "The Over-confident and Unambitious Entrepreneur" at the school's Speaker Series on April 13, 2011.

An expert in corporate, venture capital, private equity and securities law and corporate finance, Professor Okamoto uses sophisticated empirical methods to investigate the most difficult problems in contemporary corporate law. He has also developed path-breaking approaches to teaching transactional lawyering.
