Transactional LawMeet

The Transactional LawMeet®

The Transactional LawMeet®, created by School of Law Professor Karl Okamoto, aims to fill an unmet need in legal education, to prepare students who seek to be transactional attorneys on how to structure and negotiate a simulated “deal” on behalf of a fictional high-profile client.

The Transactional LawMeet® forms a part of the LawMeet® family of live, interactive, educational competitions designed to give law students a hands-on experience in developing and honing transactional lawyering skills.
