Professor Richard Frankel will present at the 11th International Conference on Contracts at St. Mary’s University School of Law on Feb. 27.
Frankel will join a panel discussing the “Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Contracts and Arbitration Law,” along with Professor Peter Linzer from the University of Houston Law Center, Professor Ramona Lampley from St. Mary’s and Professor Jean Sternlight from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
The founder and director of the Appellate Litigation Clinic, Frankel studies the intersection of civil rights, civil procedure and federal courts. His articles on arbitration have appeared in publications including the Washington University Law Review, the Wisconsin Law Review and the Journal of Dispute Resolution.
