Professor Anil Kalhan Discusses Judicial Independence in Pakistan at Rutgers-Camde

Professor Anil Kalhan presented a forthcoming article, “’Gray Zone’ Constitutionalism and the Dilemma of Judicial Independence in Pakistan” at Rutgers School of Law-Camden on Oct. 8.

Kalhan’s article will appear in the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law in 2013.

An expert in immigration law, criminal law and international human rights law, Kalhan is an affiliated faculty member at the South Asia Center at the University of Pennsylvania and a faculty advisory board member for the Drexel University Center for Mobilities Research and Policy.
