On Nov. 16, Georgetown University Law Center Professor Randy Barnett and Chief Counsel of the Constitutional Accountability Center Elizabeth Wydra will discuss "Is the Individual Insurance Mandate in the Affordable Care Act Unconstitutional?" The debate will be moderated by Professor Barry Furrow.

The event, co-sponsored by the American Constitution Society, the Drexel Federalist Society, the Drexel Health Law Society and the Drexel Student Liberty Front, takes place at 4 p.m. in Room 240 with a reception to follow.
