Adding Comments Capabilities with EchoComments

Beta: this page and the controls described in it are not yet for general use!

It's easy to allow users to comment on your pages while retaining control to pre-moderate new users, delete inappropriate comments, and ban outright bad users.

I've simply inserted the EchoComments control to the Content Area of this page.
