Web Services

Drexel University offers web hosting services for academic and administrative departments as well as faculty, staff and students.

Personal websites are hosted on Drexel's general-purpose Unix server and can contain standard HTML pages without CGI or other programming features.

Department sites are hosting on Drexel's reliable and redundant web farm. The university also provides departments with Sitecore, a full-featured web content management system (CMS), some level of custom programming, full search capabilities with a Google Search Applicance, and detailed web analytics for departments using the CMS.
