Basic Webcast Archive
Description: Class recording that takes place in a audio-video-enabled classroom within Korman. Includes the trimming of excess footage from the beginning and end of a presentation as needed. No other post production methods are included in this type of archive. Some events outside of Korman may meet this criteria. Please consult with us prior to your capture.
Turnaround Time: 1 Business Day (24 hrs)
Advanced Webcast Archive
Description: Event recording that typically takes place outside of Korman and usually requires special post production consideration. Post production includes: cuts, transitions, slide insertion, audio correction, as well as the publishing of various media types. A phone (or email) consultation is required for these types of captures.
Turnaround Time: 3 Business Day (72 hrs)
High Quality Mulit-Camera Shoot
Description: On-location, high priority, capture requiring an advanced setup, such as a two camera setup with live video switching, audio mixing, and heavy post production. An on-site walkthough and consultation is required for these types of events.
Turnaround Time: Dependent on the scope of the project
Request Accommodation
We operate on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be accepted, however requests submitted with a buffer of 5 or more business days are more likely to be fullfilled. Please visit our Event Request Form to request a webcast, video conference, or archive. We do not reserve space in Korman or other on-campus locations.
