Brief Interruption to University Telephone Service

Telephone Service was restored to regular operation for Selected Drexel Univ City Campus buildings North of Market Street on Thursday, August 03, 2017 at 6:50 AM. There will be a brief interruption of university phone service during the scheduled period while a new battery backup system is installed as part of electrical power infrastructure upgrades.
For impacted telephone service, voice mail will continue to receive calls during the interruption.

Software download site was restored to regular operation for all locations on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at 9:15 AM. The server that runs Software.Drexel.edu site was temporarily unavailable while the server was restarted for patching.
Banner, Web Financials and Reporting Outage

Administrative Systems was restored to regular operation for all locations on Tuesday, August 08, 2017 at 9:24:35 AM. Due to critical system maintenance, all Banner, Web Financials and Reporting systems will be unavailable Sunday July 30, 2017 from 6 am - 1 pm.
Astra Scheduling Outage

Astra Scheduling was restored to regular operation for all locations on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at 12:33 PM. The server running Astra Scheduler (create.tms.drexel.edu) had OS patches applied and required a server restart. Services were only unavailable while the service was restarting during this window.
