Netowrk Maintenance for Various Remote Campuses

Network Service at Remote Campus Locations was restored to regular operation for Remote Locations on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at 6:58:34 AM. On Sunday November 27th, between 6AM and 7AM ET, IRT will perform network maintenance to improve security and reliability. During this maintenance window network services for the following locations may experience an interruption of up to 10 minutes in duration.
Lebow College of Business Malvern Campus
Drexel University Washington DC Center
Drexel at Burlington County Community College at Marlton Campus
The interruption may impact wired and wireless service and telephone service where network VOIP telephone instruments are deployed.
Banner, Web Financials, Reporting, Learn and Portal Outage

A planned outage has been scheduled for Administrative Systems at all locations from Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 6:00 AM until Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 12:00 PM. Due to critical system maintenance, all Administrative systems including Banner, Web Financials, Learn, Portal and Reporting systems will be unavailable Sunday November 20, 2016 from 6 am -12 pm.
Residence Hall HD Cable TV powered by Comcast

A planned outage has been scheduled for RESNET Digital HD Cable TV at University Housing Residence Halls from Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 7:00 AM until Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 8:00 AM. The HD digital cable TV system servicing University Housing will be interrupted for approximately 15 minutes during the advertised time while Comcast performs systems maintenance.
This impacts the following locations:
CANERIS, KELLY, MILLENNIUM, MYERS, NORTH, RACE STREET, STILES, TOWERS AND VAN RENSSELAER HALLS ONLY
XFINITY on Campus streaming is not impacted.

Information about Sitecore at all locations from Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 8:00 AM until Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM: Sitecore database storage will be migrated to a new storage array. Sitecore and the websites that are hosted on the Sitecore service should remain available for the duration of the maintenance. There is a possibility that the service may be slow while the storage is migrated.

Network Service was restored to regular operation for All Drexel University Locations on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 9:02:34 AM. Informational: Networking is performing maintenance on the network that supports IRT's data centers. This maintenance should not impact production services; however, it is being performed during the Sunday maintenance windows as a precaution.
Planned Network Outage: Bossone and Commonwealth

Central Authentication Service intermittent availability

CAS was restored to regular operation for all locations on Sunday, November 06, 2016 at 7:51:11 AM. On Sunday 11/6/2016, we will be testing our new Central Authentication System. During this time, systems that use CAS, including DrexelOne and email, may not accept login requests sporadically throughout the outage period. In addition, the new CAS login page will display during this time, and while functional, it may not work fully as expected.
