Using Voicemail

Drexel University maintains two voicemail platforms; AVST’s CallXpress and Nortell’s Call Pilot.  Depending on which campus you reside will determine which voicemail system you use.


 

University City Main Campus

The University City main campus’ voicemail is AVST’s CallXpress.   Faculty and staff can access their voicemail box by either pressing the message key on their phone or dialing extension 4900. 

To access the voicemail system from off campus dial 215-895-4900. 

To use the Express Messaging feature dial extension 4901 if on campus or 215-895-4901 off campus.

11th Street Family Health Services

Drexel University 11th Street Family Services uses Nortel’s Call Pilot as their voicemail platform.   Staff members access their voicemail box by either pressing the message key on their phone or dialing extension 1111.  To access the voicemail system from off campus dial 215-769-1111. 

To use the Express Messaging feature dial extension 1112 if on site or 215-769-1112 off campus.

Stiles Residence Hall

Stiles Resident Hall uses Nortel’s Call Pilot as their voicemail platform.  Staff and students at this site access their voicemail box by either pressing the message key on their phone or dialing extension 7500.  To access the voicemail system from off campus dial 215-553-7500.

To use the Express Messaging feature dial extension 7501 if on site or 215-553-7501 off campus.

Queen Lane Campus

If your office is located at the Queen Lane Campus, dial 215-762-1999.

Bellet or NCB

If you are located within Bellet or NCB dial 215-762-HELP.
