Campus Housing Phone Service
Drexel University provides for telephone service within the resident halls per request. In addition voicemail will be provided if requested.
Optional Phone Service:
- Telephone services include a telephone line, active dial tone and jack for a phone; a voicemail box will also be supplied if requested.
- Each roommate has a jack. Roommates share the same telephone number.
- Residents must provide their own touchtone phone.
- Local and room to room calls are provided. For long distance service use a calling card or your cell phone. Calls to these local exchanges are available at no cost.
- Tips on using Voice Mail are available.
To activate phone service in your room, email telephone-request@drexel.edu or you may call 215-895-2020 (select option 5, then option 2). Incldue your name, email address, residence hall, room number, and jack number where service should be activated. If you have a mobile phone number, please include that too.
