Banner was restored to regular operation for all locations on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 12:10 PM. There is an unplanned outage for BANNER Self Service through DrexelOne Portal. This is currently being worked on.

PECO Power outage impacting network service at Stiles, Bellet and NCB Buildings

Network Service was restored to regular operation for Stiles, Bellet and NCB Buildings on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 4:10 PM. A PECO power failure impacting the block of 325 N 15th Street has interrupted power to equipment providing service for Stilles, Bellet and NCB buildings. This interruption also impacts access to the Internet for the College of Medicine. Drexel Facilities is working with PECO to restore power. ########### Drexel Facilities provided temporary generator power to restore service to Bellet, NCB and ISP service for College of Medicine at 3:15PM. PECO restored normal power to Stiles Hall at 4:10PM ET.

IRT Hosted Application Services

Saturday, January 10, 2015 - 6:50 AM

IRT Computing Services was restored to regular operation for all locations on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 7:15 AM. Services provided by IRT may be unavailable on the morning of Saturday, January 10th for a period of approximately 15 minutes during the advertised maintenance period. During this period IRT will upgrade networking equipment to improve security and reliability. All services hosted in the IRT Data Centers may be briefly unreachable from campus networks and the Internet for approximately 15 minutes. Some examples include: The Drexel web site, email, Drexel One, Learn, Banner, file servers, AD authentication services. Other services also impacted include new connections to the Dragonfly wireless network and VPN. VOIP and Voicemail services may be intermittently interrupted. Access to the Internet from wired on-campus networks will remain operational during the maintenance, but services listed above will not be available to devices on the Drexel network. Note 1/8: This planned service interruption was re-scheduled from the 1/11 to 1/10 due to scheduling conflicts with other scheduled maintenance.
