Supplying Your Own List of Addresses
IRT maintains and sends one-time messages to "empty" lists loaded with email addresses provided by the message requestor. This service is especially useful if you need to email more than 200 recipients.
Special mailings do not require approval, with the exception of presidential mailings.*
- Follow the same procedure as broadcast emails.
- Additionally, provide the list of addresses for the message. The list should be saved in Excel with one address per cell arranged in one column, or in a .txt (plain text) file with one column, one address per line.
Special mailing requests should be sent directly to the Mass Mailing team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Presidential mailings require approval from an individual on an approved list that IRT keeps. Email us for more information.
